Becoming aware of your posture is the first step, then repairing certain behaviors will lead to the formation of daily habits. Before you know it, your posture will be completely transformed and you'll feel your best.

  • Try to imagine that you have a thread stretching from your neck to your lower tailbone, and it’ll be easier for you to remember to keep your back straight. Visualize this thread keeping your body straight in order to abide by it.
