One loving dad who was determined to better the life of his son is now helping other children with disabilities thanks to his ingenious invention.

Taylor and Ally Moreland were devastated when they found out that their infant son had Spina Bifida. The diagnosis came after little Brody had spent 16 days in the NICU following his birth. This hospital stay included two surgeries during the first week of his life reported ABC News.

Because Brody suffers from spinal cord atrophy, he is unable to move by himself below his chest. Although they were terribly upset when they found out that their son was paralyzed, the Moreland family decided to remain positive and make the most out of the situation.

Taylor noticed that his son would always get his hands stuck underneath the device that he used to move around. Knowing that he could make something better, Taylor set out to create a new contraption. Named the Frog, this inventive device is created especially for young kids with mobility issues.

The lightweight mobility device works on carpets, tile, and more. Kids are able to propel themselves forward and backward using only their arms. The $300 device is constructed of foam core plastic.

A GoFundMe page has already raised half of its $50,000 goal. 20 lucky children are already using the Frog to get around on their own. Taylor makes the Frog in his own home. Most users of the Frog hear about the device from their physical therapist or through the GoFundMe page.

You will swoon when you check out the video below of the adorable Brody using his Frog device to get around.

After you see the cuteness, be sure to spread the news of this invention to everyone that you know. You never know who the Frog might be able to help.
