Tragically, Princess Diana died in a car crash in Paris 20 years ago last August. Only 36-years-old at the time of her passing, Princess Diana is forever remembered as a courageous champion for the world’s most vulnerable people. A sponsor of numerous charities, notably those focused on women’s rights and AIDS research, Diana was a modern-day saint.

Just as the world needs an injection of hope and goodwill, Lady Kitty Spencer has stepped onto the scene. Lady Kitty is the 28-year-old niece of Diana and bears a striking resemblance to the late princess, sharing her aunt’s eyes, hair, and remarkable public confidence.

The title of Lady was bestowed upon Kitty after her father, Charles Spencer, became the 9th Earl Spencer. In addition to being Diana’s brother, Charles is also the godson of Queen Elizabeth. Along with royal lineage and physical appearance, Kitty resembles her late aunt with her charity work.

Kitty is a major sponsor of two British charities: Centrepoint and Give Us Time. Centrepoint helps homeless young people in the United Kingdom while Give Us Time helps military families reconnect by providing free vacations.

While Lady Kitty might share Princess Diana’s love of giving and helping humanity, her personality is far different from that of the People’s Princess. During her time with the monarchy, Diana was known to shun the media, being very shy and private with her personal life.

Kitty has no such qualms about sharing her life with the world. Kitty and her numerous friends among Britain’s upper class are social media stars, providing the public with a glimpse into the lifestyles of the nation’s richest citizens.

Kitty recently got even bigger exposure when she began working as a model. In this capacity, Kitty has adorned the covers of numerous fashion magazines and has even been a runway model for Dolce & Gabbana, one of the world’s premier fashion designers.

Despite her good looks and impeccable fashion sense, Kitty is more than just a pretty face, having earned a master’s degree in luxury brand management from Regents University. As she looks to a bright future in the fashion industry, Kitty nevertheless fondly remembers her youth.

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, the young royal discussed her upbringing, telling reporters of how she moved to Cape Town, South Africa when she was only five years old.

When it came time to discuss her famous aunt, Kitty remarks that since she was so young when Diana died, she only has a few memories of the celebrated princess. While only having few recollections of Diana, Kitty tells reporters that each and every one of those memories are incredibly happy and very special to her.
