Ever heard of a self-fulfilling prophecy? If you're anxious about binging, then you're more likely to binge! If you find yourself attacking a pint of ice cream at midnight, don't stress. Find the power to put the lid back on and go for a healthier snack.

Always have at least two different foods on your plate at every meal time, whether it's a salad and meat or a grain and a vegetable, make your plate look more appealing by adding variety.

Sitting near the kitchen makes it easier to overeat by going for seconds or thirds. If you're in a new location, you may take more time to eat and feel full before making your way back to the kitchen.
