Diagnosed with cerebral palsy as an infant, Renshaw had been largely confined to a wheelchair after surgery three years ago. Performed at Alder Hey hospital in Liverpool, the nine-hour grueling surgery was needed in order to straighten her feet and legs.

The adorable girl showed off her glamorous side, sporting a cream miniskirt and faux-fur jacket. Leaning on a blue stroller, Renshaw was able to get across the runway, showing off her natural beauty and innate strength.

This is not Renshaw's first foray into modeling. She has previously walked the runway for popular labels such as Matalan and River Island. The spunky model even has a contract with Zebedee Management, a company that specializes in representing clients with diverse backgrounds and disabilities.
