His Act Of Kindness

After catching the foul ball at a Phillies game, Aaron proudly held up his prized possession in celebration. However, it wasn't long before the young fan noticed an even younger fan in the stands nearby crying. Emma is the 7-year-old who went to the Phillies game and also tried her best to dive and catch the foul ball, but sadly missed, according to WPVI. She also accidentally hurt herself in the process.

Aaron's kind heart and selflessness took over as he hurriedly made his way to the crying kid and handed her the foul ball. Recalling that sweet moment, Aaron said, "When I looked to my left, I saw a little girl crying and I'm just thinking in my head, 'I can't keep the ball.'" It only took a few seconds for Aaron to act. "So I went over there and I saw her crying and I just felt so sad," he said. "I gave her the ball."

The 10-year-old fan explained that the situation made him feel "so good" and like he was "a good guy." It's clear that Emma and her family thought the same, and they even thanked Aaron with a Phillies gift card before the game was over, according to WPVI.

The baseball team was also moved by the young fan's act of kindness. WPVI reported that they even sent him a game ball! Aaron, an honor student, hopes to one day become a professional baseball player. It seems like he is already using his platform for the better as he continues to spread positivity. "Just do nice things for people," he said. "People say Phillies fans are not the nicest people, but that's not true. Just be a nice person and always have positive energy inside of you."
