Most people choose to enjoy their drinks, often soda, straight from the can. However, you should consider where the can have been before it got to your fridge. Millions of bacteria have contaminated the lid by the time it gets to you, and these germs can cause mouth sores and stomach issues. Health professionals ask you to consider using straws or pouring the drink into a cup.

2. Putting Your Bag On A Chair Or A Bed

When you get home from a long day, it’s probable that you lay down your bag into your bed or on a chair. The truth is that your bag carries harmful bacteria and shouldn’t come into contact with areas you will later sit or come into contact with unless you want to develop sores. It’s important to not waste time online when you could be making an appointment with a doctor. It’s possible to develop hypochondria from searching symptoms online and diagnosing yourself with serious illnesses.

When trying to abide by a healthy diet, choose natural sources of sugar like stevia. 

9. Improper Breathing

You may think there’s only one way to breathe, but there are actually over 25 types of breathing techniques. Babies are born breathing properly, but when we grow into adults we can harm our health with improper breathing. It’s common that we breathe with our chests, not allowing the oxygen to reach the lower lung. When we breathe improperly, our body is unable to burn fat adequately and our cardiovascular function decreases. Breathe with your belly instead.

10. Using A Toilet Incorrectly

Studies have shown that improper posture on the toilet can be harmful. Our anatomy is better suited to a squatting position because it eliminates the risk for hemorrhoids and diverticulosis. You can buy a store brand bench to place your feet on when you sit on the toilet and avoid spending too much time on the toilet when you’re distracted by using your phone.
