Woman Takes In Shelter Dog With Deformities And He Shows Her His Sweet Gratitude

Dec 11, 2019

It is no secret that animals, like human beings, are also born with deformities. They might be missing a leg, or an ear, or even an eye. Often, these animals are not accepted by their owners. They are either placed in a shelter for adoption or left homeless by the side of the road.

Angela Adan, from Tehachapi, California, is one of those young ladies who does a lot of good in this world. She heard about a little pooch, a chihuahua mix, suffering from deformities. She drove four hours to get her new dog, knowing about the challenges it faced.

Angela immediately fell in love. Although she knew the dog was tiny and scared, she knew it just needed some love. Although Angela rescues many dogs, she tries not to become emotional. This little rascal was different. She named her Freddie Mercury. She took her home and wrapped Freddie in a blanket.

Freddie Mercury can barely walk due to her deformed legs. Her jaw is deformed. The dog had 17 teeth removed as she was born with too many teeth. Freddie is also extremely underweight. As soon as Angela wrapped the dog in the blanket, Freddie looked at her with that special look only dogs can offer, to say, "thank you," and began licking her.

Angela knew the licking was very exceptional as the dog was showing her grateful appreciation. She was sharing her unconditional love with Angela.

This is something so very special and hopefully, you pass this beautiful story along to your friends and family – it might inspire them to adopt a pet in need!
