Woman No Longer Feels Invisible After Bombshell Blonde Makeover

Pam, a 54-year-old housewife from North Mankato, Minnesota, has always felt invisible even though she stands at six-foot-one. That all changed when she met with Christopher Hopkins aka "The Makeover Guy," who transformed her into a total bombshell.

Pam has been a stay-at-home mom for 24 years now. Earlier this summer, she decided that it's time that she got her own spotlight. "You stand back, you let your kids shine and they're at the point now where I'm ready to move myself forward again and be a little bit more visible." So she paid a visit to The Makeover Guy.

You'd think that by being a really tall person, it's hard to be inconspicuous. But this wasn't the case for Pam. "I'm 6 foot 1 so I'm a little bit hard to miss," she says.

"You feel like the people are just kind of like working around you and don't even notice that you're there."

Her desire, she tells Christopher, is to "look a little more fresh." Of her hair, she says she doesn't have a style, and that it's "just growing." "I need someone with a vision and he's the guy to do it."

Christopher shared that he thinks that Pam initially thought of getting bangs, and getting her hair cut to above the shoulder. But he liked her hair length and kept it that way.

So instead of bangs, Christopher and his team gave Pam's tresses layers, beach curls, and light blonde highlights which gave her a very youthful look. "I think we captured her inner spirit," Chris says.

"I am ready to take on the town. I am not invisible anymore," she enthused. "People will notice when I walk into a room. My inner youth has returned." Her makeup was very natural-looking, with a light rose blush and mauve lip. No one would believe Pam was 54, she looked like a college girl! 

"I'm not just 'oh, it's the mom' but 'oh, it's your mom?!' My husband will be quite pleasantly surprised and very happy with the results," the housewife says. And viewers seem to agree! "Sorry, no one will recognize you," reads the top comment on the video. "You’re gonna have to reintroduce yourself to everyone! You look fabulous!!!!"

Another wrote: "This is one of the best makeovers that he’s done. I love that her hair was kept long."

"This was an amazing experience," says Pam. We think it's safe to say that she's satisfied with her new look.
