1. Facial Massage

This type of massage helps to boost blood supply to your skin. It helps to tone your facial muscles and lift up your face. To do this massage, start with the tips of your fingers.

Begin stroking your forehead from the top to the bottom. You can also massage your scalp in slow, circular motions. Next, move your fingers to your cheeks and massage in the direction of your temples. If you do this two or three times a week, you will start noticing results after just 20 massages.

2. Contrast Massage

This type of massage is great for lifting your face. It can help you reduce or eliminate a double chin. To do this massage, you just need water and a towel. Start by folding your towel in half. Wet it with cold water.

Then, use the ends of the towel to gently pat your face. Do this 10 times while the towel is cold. Then, apply lukewarm water and do it another 10 times.

3. Alphabet

This exercise helps to strengthen any facial muscles that have become weakened. When your muscles are weak, wrinkles tend to appear. All you have to do is recite the entire alphabet for a few minutes a day. This helps to strengthen and tone your facial muscles naturally.

4. Temple Rising

Your fingers should be on the outer edge of your eyebrow and the outer corner of your eyelid. Now, gentle press upward as you pull your skin up. Do not let your head tilt forward. Remain in this position and gradually tilt your head to the right. This should stretch out your neck slightly, but your shoulders should stay relaxed. 

While you are in this position, pull your tongue in the same direction as your head. Exhale with a “ha” sound. Breathe using your nose. Remain in this position for four to five breaths. Return your tongue to your mouth and relax your face. Now, go back to the initial position and repeat the exercise on the other side.

5. Facial Gymnastics

Face yoga is great for a younger face. Do this exercise three times a week to obtain the best results. Close your eyes and stay in this position for 10 seconds. Place your hands against your forehead and try moving your eyeballs in a clockwise direction.

This helps to reduce wrinkles around your nose and eyes. Puff out your cheeks. When you breathe in, hold the air in your mouth. Roll the air back and forth between your cheeks every 10 seconds. This helps reduce wrinkles around your mouth and cheeks.

6. Funny Faces

You can have some fun with this exercise. Try making silly faces at yourself in the mirror. This helps to strengthen the muscles in your face so that wrinkles disappear.

7. Clown Faces

This is another great technique to use. When you make a clown face, you tone the muscles you use for smiling. This helps to prevent wrinkles from forming. Smile as crazily as you can while keep your lips closed. Next, wrinkle your nose as you pull your eyebrows up and down.

After 10 seconds, stop smiling and drop your chin down for two breaths. Repeat the entire thing for a total of five minutes. Do this exercise three times a week to achieve the best results.
