Singer Natasha Bedingfield Asks For Prayers As Her 2-Year-Old Son Solomon Undergoes Second Brain Surgery

"Unwritten" singer Natasha Bedingfield just shared how her 2-year-old son, Solomon, will have to undergo second brain surgery. Her son was hospitalized three weeks ago and has spent every day in the hospital since. 

Bedingfield opened up on her Instagram to express her mixed feelings over her son's health. "Feeling gutted but also thank God that we live in a time of MRI where we are able to see into our own minds and for doctors who are wise enough to keep asking questions," the 38-year-old wrote.  

Bedingfield said doctors noticed an area of infection in her son's brain, however she feels grateful there is a treatment for what her son is going through. "The body has amazing natural defences so we just need it to do what it does with a lot of extra help from modern medicine," she said. 

Natasha also shared that she is traveling to Las Vegas for a performance to do a quick show but she will be back in time for Solomon's surgery. The singer shared photos of her son and husband of 10 years, Matt Robinson, during their 3 week stay at the hospital.
