Scared Baby Shows Gratitude On Nanny Cam After Pit Bull Comforts Her During 7.0 Earthquake

Although some people believe that pets are just an addition to their household, for the majority of pet owners, they see their pets as an important part of the family that cannot be replaced. When all else fails and the world lets us down, our animals are there for us.

There’s no better cure for a bad day than curling up next to your favourite four-legged friend and nuzzling into their fur.

In a world full of judgmental people, sometimes animals can even be the friends that mean the most to us. You can always rely on your pets to greet you at the door when you get home or tuck you in at night when you’ve had a hard day. For one little girl, her pet dog is the best friend she’s ever had and the way she shows him gratitude is unlike anything we’ve never seen before!

Baby Adalynn has had a great friend in her family’s 100-pound dog since the day she was born. The bluenose pit bull might be a dog with a bad reputation, but for Ady, the dog named Fury has been right next to her through all of life’s journeys. He even serves as her bodyguard on top of being her best friend! Forming a bond since the moment she was born, the two are closer than ever.

Most recently, Fury was by her side as Ady went through the tragic aftermath of a national disaster. The two live in Palmer, Alaska which had been recently hit in November 2018 by a 7.0 earthquake that was enough to scare any human, let alone a child. The earthquake also resulted in powerful aftershocks that swarmed across Alaska, adding to the trauma.

Poor little Ady has been going through panic attacks and insomnia ever since the earthquake. But don’t worry! Her best friend Fury is here to help! Reportedly she is unable to sleep unless he is in her room alongside her. Since she’s known him since birth and he is so strong, she feels safe with him by her side.

Usually, Fury will rest for the night next to her crib. But in one precious video recorded from a baby cam, we can see that their bond is actually much stronger than previously believed. Ady calls Fury onto her bed to cuddle her to sleep.
