It is easy to ignore your feet since you can just hide them in shoes, unlike dandruff and body odor. However, using ACV to detox your feet on a regular schedule can help you in numerous ways. It is also a fast and easy task.

1. ACV for Tired and Itchy Feet

4. ACV for Bad Foot Odor

No one wants to deal with smelly feet after removing their shoes for the day. Some warm water and ACV at a 2:1 ratio can help to take care of this problem. Add a little thyme oil to the mix to help further neutralize the pungent odor. Use this soak once a day for approximately 15 minutes.

Baking soda can be used in place of thyme oil if you do not have any on hand. Baking soda has been used for decades to neutralize bad odors. Simply add 1.5 cups to your water and ACV soak to reap the benefits.

5. ACV for Warts and Calluses

Removing warts and calluses requires gentle exfoliation and ACV helps to do just that. Start by doing a five-minute foot soak in plain hot water. After this time, put only ACV in a separate basin and soak your feet for approximately 15 minutes.

You can also use this as an overnight treatment. Use ACV to soak a cotton ball and then bandage it to the wart or callus overnight for more intense exfoliation.

6. ACV for Dry Feet

When your feet are dry, they can be very itchy. ACV can loosen dry skin and exfoliate to help alleviate the itching. A 45-minute soak can help to take care of the dryness. Once the time is up, use a pumice stone to gently slough off the dead skin. Then, apply your favorite moisturizer for soft feet.
