First, find a regular bath towel. Roll it into a long tube. It's important that the towel is clean and dry. You can even wash it with allergy-friendly detergent.

Next, it's time to wrap your baby! Start by laying them on their right side. Wrap the towel around the sides of their body. Part of the towel should support their neck. Snuggle the rest of it beneath their left hand and over their right. That way they can "hug" the towel.

The last step is even easier. All you have to do is encourage your baby to sleep peacefully. Their towel cocoon should make this simple. Just rub your baby's back slowly and gently. You can even sing quietly to them if you want.

Notice how quickly they journey off to dreamland!
