Most people think that a vacation is all about taking a break from everything. While it's great to take a break from the things that stress you, this could be an ideal time to get in shape. Here are some ideas on how to work on that body of yours while you're taking a break from reality. Take a look at these six things you can do to burn fat while your are on vacation without stepping foot into a gym.

1) Get Creative

The sand is a great tool to use while exercising! Playing volleyball or frisbee can be a fun way to get some movement in. The sand density makes moving around harder than being on a flat surface but if you're playing a game you'll be preoccupied with fun to even notice. If your not a fan of games, you can try going for a run on the beach.

You can do these exercises in any pool or even the ocean. Try doing these sets every time you take a dip:

3) Seafood Not Meat

Become a pescatarian for the duration of your vacay. Pescatarianism is the act of replacing the meat you would normally eat with seafood. Instead of eating beef, chicken, or pork, try some fish or shrimp instead. This is probably the easiest to accomplish if you are staying close to the coast but is still manageable no matter where you are.
