Dog Sobs When She Sees Rescue Workers Coming To Save Her

In India, Animal Aid Unlimited rescued a dog from the bottom of a well. A passerby from a neighboring village had heard the dog and put in a call to the animal relief organization. Six men worked together as a team to rescue this dog.

A Heartbreaking Cry

A woman who lived in a village near Udaipur in India was out taking a walk when she heard an ear-piercing cry. She followed it to its source. It was then that she realized that a dog was trapped at the bottom of an old well.

Calling For Help

The more the woman looked at the well, the more hopeless the situation seemed. Once the woman clearly saw the dog at the bottom of the well, she knew she wouldn’t be able to save the dog herself. She then quickly made a call to Animal Aid Unlimited.

The animal assistance organization quickly dispatched a team of six men to the scene. The team rapidly assessed the situation. Then they secured the equipment they needed to rescue the dog from their nearby truck.

Suiting Up

One of the team members was chosen to descend into the well. His teammates helped him to don a harness and attached it to a rope. Before moving toward the well, he quickly tugged on the rope, ensuring it would remain secure.

Help Is Coming Down

After a quick safety check, one member of the team descended into the well. His teammates waited at the top of the well with a tight grip on the rope. As he was slowly descending, the dog began to bark as if expressing relief.

Making A New Friend

When the man reached the bottom of the well, the dog frantically wagged her tail and barked. The dog was happy to see him and ready to reemerge from the well. As he picked the dog up and wrapped it in a blanket, it clearly looked as if it knew it was on the way to a happy ending.

The Journey Back To Life

As the newly rescued dog ascended the well, it relaxed because it trusted this hero. When it reached the surface, this delighted dog was greeted by five more animal guardian angels. Everyone was genuinely thrilled and had a good time petting the animal.
