Baby Deer Visits Woman's Kitchen Daily To Feed From Bottle

The bonds humans and animals form are at times the most adorable thing, and if lucky, a lifelong relationship. Bonding between humans and wildlife that is not raised in captivity is especially unique because these animals are not comfortable with the presence of people and are not quick to trust.

A woman and a baby deer though, are proof that these interactions do occur, and that deer can quickly come to trust in their human neighbors.

Recently a video was shared on social media featuring a woman that lives near a wooded area and the deer that visits her daily to be fed a bottle of milk. The animal in question is a young baby deer, old enough to explore on its own, and curious enough to get around. The deer is super trusting of the woman and even enters her home to enjoy a bottle daily.

In the video you see the woman go outside and take a look to see if the baby deer is near the home. After a few minutes of waiting the deer emerges from the woods and eagerly approaches his friend, hopping on her in greeting. The deer is then led inside by the woman, through the garage and into the house in order to reach the kitchen. The woman begins preparing a large baby bottle for the deer using pre-prepared milk that is then combined with water.

As soon as the bottle is ready the deer goes for it, and within seconds it has polished off the contents of the bottle. The visit between the baby deer and the woman lasts a few more minutes, but then the deer is off to carry on with the rest of its day. This ritual has been going on for some time now, but with the deer growing it remains to be seen if it will return after it has been weaned of milk and doesn't rely on the woman for a morning bottle feed.

Have you ever had wildlife interact with you in this way or seen any friendly interactions between people and wildlife? Would you welcome a baby deer into your home?
