The internet is exploding trying to decide whether the person who decided to teach this person a lesson was in the wrong or the right. A passerby, Matthew Mills, noticed this car outside Maine Walmart and snapped a picture. Lets be honest, we often see cars that have been wrongly parked but this time someone decided to send a message. Do you think this was the right response? Would you do the same thing?
