Millions of people have stretch marks, and whether you're pregnant, lost weight or just developed them on your own, there's no need to feel embarrassed. Stretch marks are perfectly normal and, thankfully, easily treatable.

Here are seven natural ways to remove stretch marks right from your own home.

Remember not to let your stretch marks get you down; millions of adults have them, and there are plenty of reasons why you can get them. While they don't make you any less beautiful, they're still an annoyance to many of us, so try some of these home remedies that are fast, easy and affordable.

1. Baby Oil

After a shower, massage baby oil onto your stretch marks. Instead of wiping it off with a towel, allow your skin to absorb the excess oil. The nutrients in baby oil help reduce the appearance of stretch marks over time while also nourishing your skin, keeping it soft and smooth.

2. Baking Soda

Baking soda is a multipurpose beauty tool. From teeth whitening to stretch mark removal, it should be a staple in everyone's medicine cabinet! For this remedy, mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with the juice of one lemon. Mix the ingredients in a jar to form a paste. Apply the paste to your stretch marks and cover them with plastic wrap to ensure no air gets in.

Wait half an hour and rinse with warm water. In addition to lightening stretch marks, this baking soda treatment will also help remove dead skin.

3. Cocoa Butter

Cocoa butter can be found in many beauty products and for good reason! It's gentle, nourishing and smells great! Combine half a cup of cocoa butter with 1 tablespoon of apricot, vitamin E, kernel and wheat germ oil. Melt 2 tablespoons of beeswax into the mixture and let it cool in the fridge.

Once chilled, massage this hydrating formula into your skin twice a day for the best results.

4. Coffee Scrub

This is a great way to pamper yourself and get rid of stretch marks. Brew a pot of coffee, but instead of throwing out the grounds, mix them with some water and rub the mixture in a circular motion over your stretch marks for several minutes.

Rinse with warm water and moisturize after with baby oil. Coffee is rich with antioxidants that repair skin, so drink up and get scrubbing!

5. Coconut Oil

From makeup remover to sun protection, coconut oil can be used for many things. Massage a spoonful of it into your skin and wait for it to absorb. Do this at least twice a day, especially right after a shower. Coconut oil has lots of great nutrients perfect for hydrating, nourishing and restoring healthy skin.

6. Vicks Vapor Rub Treatment

You don't need Vicks just when you have a cold! Some people have claimed that they got rid of their stretch marks in just three days with Vicks! While we can't prove that's true, we still recommend giving it a try. Massage the ointment onto your skin and cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes. Repeat twice daily.

7. Aloe Vera
