2. Warming Up the Body

You’ve heard it before, and probably as far back as gym class. But warming up is really important for the body, it increases blood circulation.

The benefits of greater blood flow alone are tremendous and include increased energy and faster metabolism.

To begin warming up, simply relax your body. Then slightly bend your knees, and try to balance your weight evenly. Afterward, swing both arms forward and backward and then from side to side. Try to develop a nice pace when doing this exercise.

3. Back Strengthening and Kidney Stimulation

This exercise is a little bit more challenging than the previous two. It is, however, very beneficial because it strengthens your back and also stimulates your kidneys.

To do this exercise, start by standing straight with your feet at shoulder-width distance and with your toes pointing forward. From this position,  bend slowly down without bending your knees. Then lift your head, and try to touch the floor with your fingers.

If you are correctly doing this exercise you should feel stretching sensation in your waist muscles. Try to remain in this same position for 10 seconds, and then slowly return to a standing position. Repeat the exercise six times for best results.

4. Back Straightening Exercise

You start doing this exercise by standing straight and then slowly tilting your head backward. With your head tilted back, take deep long breaths and continue doing this for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, slowly move your head back to its initial position.
