48-Year-Old Mark Wahlberg Shows Off His Chiseled Physique After 45-Day Challenge

Hunky Mark Wahlberg is showing just how well his 45-day fitness challenge has paid off. The actor posted a picture of his chiseled body on social media attributing his killer physique to a fitness routine that originated in Australia. Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady was even impressed by Wahlberg suggesting he come play football. 

Wahlberg posted the Instagram shot with the caption, "F45 results 45-day challenge. @f45_training #ageisjustanumber #nowine54days #cleaneating." The F45 challenge according to its website is a weight loss and nutrition plan. "F45 Challenge gives you your own personal nutritionist to help you achieve your health objectives, which can be to reduce body fat, get leaner, feel better about yourself or a combination of each," the website says

Other celebrities were quick to share their praise of Wahlberg's chiseled physique. Mario Lopez commented, "Show em what fellas in their 40’s are all about! You look awesome bro!!" While Tom Brady added, "We are looking for some skill players." Wahlberg playfully wrote back to Brady saying, "let coach know I’m coming for that spot!"

F45 originated in Australia and Wahlburg invested in the company last year after he went to a couple of workout sessions according to Hollywood Life. Now you can see the fitness master's appreciation of his regimen and investment as he frequently shares photos and posts about the company.   

Wahlberg told Men's Health about his extreme workout hours. Starting with his first workout of the day at 3:40 a.m. and his second as 4:00 p.m. The actor also told the magazine about his eating habits which include turkey burgers, sweet potato, chicken, and other high protein foods.
