Feb 10, 2017 by apost team

Tasha and Ross Frampton tried to get pregnant for six years. The couple decided to turn to IVF treatment for help. But there was a problem - Tasha was too overweight. She knew something had to change!

Tasha weighted 266 pounds (121 Kg) when the doctor told her the medical treatment was not possible for someone over 30% body fat. Her lifelong dream was to be a mother and raise children so she had to make a choice.

She immediately changed her eating habits from fast food almost everyday to a healthier diet. She walked up to 45 minutes a day on her lunch break. Her efforts were eventually rewarded as she shed over 140 pounds.

After being cleared for IVF treatment, she gave birth to a beautiful little girl, Arabelle and the new little family could not be happier today!
