A performance at the Grand Ole Opry is a dream for almost every country musician. Once you make it there, you can make it anywhere. In February of 2016, Josh Turner achieved this goal and wowed the audience at the world-famous Opry of Nashville. But it's not only his performance everyone is talking about but his gesture for his grandmother-in-law.

Surprising everyone during his live set, Turner grabs the microphone and says, “My wife’s 98-year-old grandmother, her name is Lois Cunningham, and she’s gonna come out and play on the Grand Ole Opry stage for the very first time.” The crowd was astonished. Turner invited his wife's grandma on stage and gave her the spotlight. She laid down a wonderful, emotional performance of "How Great Thou Art" on the piano and it was obvious that this was a real dream come true for her. That was a pretty brave move, especially for someone who has been alive for almost an entire century!

The tears started rolling when she received a standing ovation from the massive crowd. Josh Turner really made her happy and fulfilled her lifelong dream. Even at the age of 98, dreams still come true! Now if that doesn't give us hope!
